Jobs and Ritchie

Steve Jobs and Dennis Ritchie are one of what we can call pioneers of computer technology. This two geeks had much contributed to the current development and innovations of modern technology.




Jobs, being one of the the co-founder, chief executive, and tutelary genius of Apple had helped todays digital generation revolution. Jobs was the one who invented six of Apples creations namely, the Apple II, the Macintosh, the movie studio Pixar, the iPod, the iPhone, and the iPad and they all show his signature in working. His works was as just as elegant and simple as he is.




 




Ritchie, who was the one responsible of the making of the C Programming Language which has been the language used by UNIX Operating System was born in Bronx-ville, New York a place for the worlds most diverse tourist attractions. His contributions in the programming language industry made his great influence in the programming world.





Thanks to these two guys, for they had started the big development in the digital industry.

Storage Devices (Softcopy Vs. Hardcopy)

There are several ways on a computer on how to keep a copy of a file you had created. You could actually have it as a hard copy and soft copy. Soft copies of a file are usually stored in storage devices.
Some examples of storage devices are Flash Drives, Hard Disk Drives,Compact Flash Cards, SD Cards, and etc.Soft copies could be said as much essential than keeping hard copies, aside from hard copies are hard to store and keep, soft copies could be edited as so often.

      Variations of "digicams" today has evolved with different sizes, quality and capability. There are features of "digicams" which film cameras can't do as for example: visual display, store and delete function and a vast of memory storage.

Personal Digital Assistant

         PDA is a touch screen mobile device that could function as personal information manager. It's electronic visual display enables it to have a browser in it which makes it able to connect to the Internet.
         Some versions of this PDA already includes audio, multimedia and even has a feature of installing e-books which persuades users to use this kind of technology.
